- Now we come on to questions about why you want this particular job. They're clearly going to ask this. And the classic question is, why are you looking to leave your current job? And I think a good answer is to say well I've been doing it for a while now and I feel that my learning curve is leveling off. I'm still learning a bit most days, but I don't feel I'm developing as much as I could. If I had a more meaty job to get my teeth into. Something like that, you really want something that you can really make a difference. Or you could say, well, my job's okay, but the future prospects are pretty limited and my boss is only three years older than me and there's nothing else really happening or changing in the company so I just can't see where I'm going to go next.
