- We've talked a lot about team and in this lesson, we're going to learn how to navigate the client. So when you have one of those difficult clients or a client, that's just not really getting what you're laying down, or understanding why you're charging them that much money or justifying to the client that actually you need that budget to be able to perform the duties that are laid in front of you. That's when you really, you know, resource your team, and that's actually one of my really good qualities as I'm able to turn a charter around with my crew. So and that's how I hire my crews, I make sure that each person has great qualities to be able to turn certain scenarios around, and here's one example. I had a million-euro charter from a Russian client with five guests. That's not a lot of guests, I have 12 crew. Some of my crew were lawyers that just decided to come into yachting.
