"What's your current boss like?"

- The next question that you're almost certain to be asked is what's your current boss like? It's a goof question to ask people. It gives you a real view into what are they like as an employee. So when they say to you, "What's your current boss like," again, nothing critical because they'll assume, probably rightly, that you'll do the same to them and that you're a difficult employee. So you should say, "Really nice. "He or she listens to me. "They're supportive. "They delegate well. "They give me some great challenges every now and then," 'cause you want to show that you like challenges, and then, "I'm free to get stuck into some good projects, "and I like it. "I can do things my own way "without being managed much at all. "I'm such a good worker." But I think you can say that, "Not every boss has been great, for sure, "but I do think that I've got a good one at the moment." So be really positive about your boss,…
