What's required to build a thought-leading organization?

- What does it take to build a thought leading organization? Here's a framework I've developed that gives you an overview of the three main elements. First, thought leading organizations are differentiated by their ability to develop a recognizable point of view. This requires exploring and iterating new ideas in order to distill fresh perspectives, frameworks, and ideas about the future. Understanding and providing value to key stakeholders, developing a common language and brand voice, and having a willingness to take a stand are also required. Next, thought leading organizations ensure that they have the right talent and culture in place. This requires nurturing, rewarding, and incentivizing thought leadership skills throughout the organization, not just in a C-suite.
