- In order to ignite the change, one of the things that I see in women is that we could all use a little help with asking. I think that we're all very uncomfortable making an ask. Whether you're asking for a new job, whether you're asking for a customer, whether you're asking for an investment in your business, these are all things that need to be done on a day to day basis. And if we remove the fear from this and we start to make it a process, it's a lot easier. As we go through this course, I will give you a step by step process, what I call three nos to a yes, to remove the fear and let you go after exactly what you want.
