What is a sales clock?

- A Sales Clock is how you plan out your day, separating various tasks depending on how long they take and their importance to make sure you get everything done and share the focus of your time accordingly. It's so easy to lose focus and let things fall off your plate. If you dedicate time to doing tasks, you'll give it your undivided attention, have a clearer head, and therefore do things better. This is a simple time management tool and it's one any sales person should stick to, whichever role you're in. In a lot of my training courses, I talk about taking the thinking out of your day. So for example, setting reminders in your CRM so you don't have to hold dates in your head and you can focus on the important stuff, selling. So this is another way of doing that.
