What is project leadership?
- Project leadership is a hot topic these days. But let me ask you, how do you define the difference between regular leadership and project leadership? That can be a bit challenging. Let's take a look at several differences between leadership in general and project leadership. Leadership isn't just a position. It's a set of skills, behaviors, and even attitudes. And by the way, the project lead isn't the only person who should be demonstrating these skills, behaviors and attitudes. Leadership is something that all team members should demonstrate. Leading projects is different than other types of leadership, and that's because projects are temporary. They aren't ongoing.
