- A question that they're bound to ask you is what makes you want to work for us? Now you could say that the job is absolutely perfect but really you want to say something about the organization and how that particular company or organization really appeals to you. So I think a good angle will be growth if you say well you're really growing at the moment, there's loads of new stuff coming in and I like the excitement of companies that are growing. You could say that they've got great products that you love and you want to be involved with and that you believe in. You could say that you like the culture and the management style particularly if you've researched it a bit and you can actually show that or you can say that someone else you know works there and they say that it's a great place to work. You could say that what the organization does makes a real difference to peoples lives and makes a difference to the world now…
