- What drives me as a leader are the people that I'm working with. For me, it's all about that kinetic energy that comes from, I have half an idea, you have half an idea, together we have a whole idea and now we're going to go execute it and it's going to be amazing. And that you can do that over and over and over and countless times. And then, have a great product at the end. From a leadership perspective, that's the most exciting thing to me. The least exciting thing to me is, this is what I need you to do and do it this way. And then, it's a one way relationship and what's the fun it that? And that's how I learn. So, I learn from other people and other people's ideas and kind of their world view. And I think the more you do this, then the more you learn about yourself and you realize everybody has a story.
