- Now if they've asked you, "What do you like most about your job?", you can bet the next question's going to be, "And what do you like least about your current job?". Now this is tricky because you mustn't say anything negative. So I think I would say something about wishing the company was even better, but in a constructive way. So you could say, "Well I like my current job, "at least I like most of it, "though I sometimes wish I could make more of a difference. "I would improve some of the company's systems "if I had the authority at a higher level to do that." So this is a good answer because it's showing some initiative, some creativity, some things that you really want to change in a positive way. So you could say, "I don't think we're brilliant at customer care "and I think we could automate more of the process", so this shows that you're thinking big and you're caring about customers.
