- It's one thing to find out how good and your ideal clients match up. But do you have criteria to help you decide and identify this? When I started my company almost 20 years ago I had dream clients in mind. The gold standard of who I wanted to work with. My team had the audacity to go after them and not quit when we were repeatedly told no. But through that effort we told people about what we did, built our network and we finally got clients.
