What is a business leader?
- Now before we start, I wanted to help you understand exactly what a business leader is. A business leader is anyone with decision making power, and have ultimate responsibility of either one department or the entire business. It's not just managing directors and CEOs, it could be financial directors, head of sales, HR manager, or anything along those lines. Now I'll come onto roles later on, but just remember, although we're referring to the business owners, CEOs and managing directors of this world, we aren't always. So with cleared up, let's move on.
