What Aristotle can teach you

- Persuasion is a key part of strategic leadership. You need to be able to influence others in positive ways if you want to get things done. Lucky for us, the art of persuasion has been studied for literally millennia. Aristotle and his modes of persuasion, ethos, logos, and pathos, have remained a key source of some of the most influential ideas on how to persuade effectively. You've likely heard of these before, but I want to spend some time discussing each piece and then provide you with some best practices that will help you implement Aristotle's insights.
