- [Tiffany] Welcome to Nintex Workflow for Office 365. This course is designed to get you up to speed on how to automate approval workflows beyond the capabilities that are available to you in SharePoint out of the box. The trouble with workflows is that they require a developer to write them, and these days it typically falls to the SharePoint site administrator to create their solutions. That's what this course is all about, putting a list owner, the person who knows the process better than anyone, in the driver's seat of their own line of business application. My name is Tiffany Songvilay, and I've been a senior SharePoint business analyst for the past 12 years. I've manipulated SharePoint to do all sorts of things out of the box. And inside environments that don't allow you to use SharePoint Designer, tools like Nintex Workflow and Forms for Office 365 are essential to creating robust solutions across devices. In this course, I'll show you how to assign approval tasks, use a connector to bring external data into a workflow, and build a form with conditional columns. You'll learn how to optimize a workflow for people using mobile devices and learn valuable monitoring tricks to quickly troubleshoot a suspended workflow.
