- Hi, this is Craig, and today I'm going to show you an ancient qigong practice. Qigong is the Chinese way of energy cultivation. And this is a really great practice to help still your mind, so if you have a lot of things going on at work, I find that this is one of the best things you can do. And it's called wave hands like clouds. All you're going to do is start with your hands in front of you. One at chest height and one a little closer to your belly height. And the idea is that you're just bringing your gaze onto the tip of your middle finger. You're going to inhale and then as you exhale, you're going to just follow that hand with your eyes. And you want to make your eyes really soft. And then you inhale as the hands switch. And then you follow the high hand middle finger across. And then inhaling. And exhale, and you want to keep softening your gaze until it almost feels like your eyes are just about shut, but you can just see that fingertip. And then you just coordinate your…
