- [Instructor] To practice Buddha Transforms Difficulties, let yourself sit in a way that's comfortable and easy. Let your body be relaxed and yet alert. Bring your attention just here and now. Let the shoulders drop, the hands rest easily. Come into the present, take a deep breath or two. And now feel the natural rhythm of your breath. As you sit quietly now, allow yourself to remember and picture one of the great areas of difficulty of your life. Let yourself remember and see the whole situation and sense yourself back in the middle of it. Remember what it's like to be there, how your body feels. See the whole thing clearly. Notice how caught up you can be. Notice what you say and what others are doing. As you remember this difficulty, let it become as bad as it gets. Sense it. Feel it.
