- Did you know that there is an interviewing process that can save you time, it can save you money, and give you access to the best talent? That process is virtual interviewing, which has been driven by advances in technology as well as the need to access a global workforce. My name is Barb Bruno, and I've been in the recruiting profession for more than 25 years, and over those years, I've had to change the way that I interview and hire many times to just keep up with changes in technology and the needs of the workforce. I'd love to share with you what I've learned about how to successfully conduct a virtual interview. This is going to streamline your traditional hiring process and allow you to hire candidates who have the best chance of becoming not only engaged but retained.
