- Great job on getting people to articulate how they make decisions. This is a hard thing to do. It often requires great facilitation skills. And many times people don't even realize they changed the way they make decisions. So now we want to share it out. Yes, the feedback and confirmation that we got the model correct is important. However, the best part about your model is that now we can test it. Have people perform their daily work with the model next to them. Have them watch and see if the decision model is true. Is this the way decisions are actually made? This is often the best kind of feedback. Remember, we're using the decision model to help us with our business and project decisions.
