- Great job. Now, you have one big list of ideas. But before you do anything, remember to ignore the impulse to do any judging, organizing, prioritizing, analysis of any kind. You have a list of ideas. That's what you needed and it's what you got. But yes, it's ideas. You need these ideas to kickstart the next step. So, what you need now is the participant's agreement, agreement that you've correctly captured their ideas. And again, this agreement is simply stating you wrote down what they said. Avoid overthinking any ideas and personally choosing to omit or change or add ideas. Just share out your brainstorming list. Make sure everybody can see a visual of their ideas and hard work. You can do a minor cleanup or fix a spelling error if you really feel the need. For as long as all the ideas can easily be reviewed, you're in good shape.
