- [Instructor] There's nothing more frustrating than finding what looks like the perfect search result that will answer your big question and then finding it's down. Maybe it's just temporary or the site or that specific article doesn't exist anymore. I really needed that recipe. The good news is that Google does keep a cached version of what the page looked like the last time it crawled through that site. To view the cached version, click the down triangle on the right-hand side of every search result. From here click Cached. It's telling you at the top of the screen that this is a snapshot of the page as it appeared on a particular date. And that date is the last time that Google crawled. It is warning you that the current page could have changed in the meantime. So this is good for me right now, because I'm looking for a recipe.
