LinkedIn Learning provides you with a powerful reports dashboard that provides analytics for learners in your organization. This allows you to see how engaged your users are on LinkedIn Learning.
- [Instructor] Once your learners have started to engage with LinkedIn Learning content, you'll have visibility into analytics to determine how they're engaging with that content. Let's take a look at how we can view the analytics. So from the main page, up at the top, I'm going to go to the reports tab, and this brings us to the report dashboard. Now you'll notice here I'm on the dashboard. Now this is a demo account, so there's not going to be very much data here, but over time your account will be filled with a plethora of data that you can analyze to see how your users are engaging.
Now if I scroll down here, notice some of the things that we have access to. We can see the engagement highlights over the past 90 days. So the number of hours viewed, people logged in, how many people viewed content, as well as the average time viewed per viewer. If you go down here, you'll see Total Hours viewed and People logged in over time, and you can adjust this by day, by week, and by month. I'll switch it back to week here. As I scroll down, we have the Learning content highlights, showing how many total courses were viewed, how many courses were actually completed, the total videos viewed and videos completed.
And if I scroll down, we'll have Learner Activity Ratios as well as a showing of the most popular courses. Up at the top, if I want to adjust the timeline, I can filter it to show the past seven days, the past 30 days, the past 90 days, or I can customize that range. And then down below, you have the ability to adjust whose data you're looking at. You can look at everyone's data, or you can look at specific groups. So if I clicked here and then clicked on Sales, it would give me information as to the sales team and how they're viewing it.
Here you can see that they don't have any information in on this page. Now if I want to switch back to everyone within the organization, I can click back on All. So, using the analytics dashboard is a great way to see how your users are engaging with the LinkedIn Learning content.
