- Talking in terms of values can seem a little strange at first. But once you do, so many things become more clear, like communication, collaboration, conflict management, and much more. We call this values-based collaboration. Values-based collaboration is the process of working with others with open acknowledgement of personal and team values. This process uses both personal and team values to delegate responsibility, make decisions, solve disagreements, and develop deeper and more effective working relationships. So here's what you do. Start by acknowledging and creating personal and team values. After that, you can post your team values in a place where everyone can see them.
