- You may ask how can you, as a team member in a Lean Six Sigma project, contribute to effective value stream management of the process your project has just improved. You will be surprised just how much you and your project team can contribute. Indeed, yes, you can as your team use the tools in the Lean Six Sigma project, in particular, process control plans, process metrics, KPIs, and standard work procedures.
