- There comes a time when you need to give your overarching focus and attention to one particular priority over a short period of time. This is when you can schedule something called a weekly sprint. The nature of weekly sprints is that they are narrow in focus. They help you give your attention to one particular project or initiative that you want to bring to fruition. Here are some things you'll want to keep in mind when deciding on when and how to use weekly sprints. Number one, weekly sprints are designed for projects that you can make massive progress on or even complete in one week or less.
