Why not start by taking on the Bored and Brilliant challenge? It's a week-long program that encourages better technology usage habits, with a new mini challenge for each day of the week. Here's what the first four days look like. Day one is about self-observation. Over the course of a normal day, take note of your digital habits. There are two apps that can help you do this: Moment for iOS, and Space for Android. Both will show you how many times you unlock your phone per day, and how much time you spend on the device.
