From the administration home page, find out how to quickly navigate to your Administration dashboard tabs to search for and edit information on the people, content, reports, and settings of your LinkedIn Learning administration account.
- [Instructor] In this video, we'll go over how to navigate around your LinkedIn Learning admin account. First from your LinkedIn Learning page, choose go to admin. Here, we're on the admin homepage. This is your starting page. This is what you'll see when you log in to your admin account and from here you have five tabs, home, people, content, reports, and settings. Clicking on any one of these tabs will take you to that section's page. And you'll notice when I scroll around the page a little bit that the navigation bar stays in place up here.
That's because it's stationary so no matter where you scroll around or move, you can always get back to any one of these tabs quickly in the navigation bar. You can get back to home by either clicking on home or by clicking at the logo up here at the top. Back on the homepage here, there are also several quick links off to the left. Choose any one of these to quickly access that option listed. I'll be going over each of these actions throughout the course. Next to the quick links here is a course on self-awareness, authenticity, and leadership that we recommend all admins should watch.
Below that are some resources to help you get started with implementing LinkedIn Learning into your organization. First we have quick access to the course you're watching right now along with a couple of PDFs on Creating a Culture of Learning in 6 Steps and 4 Ways to Engage Your Workforce with Mobile Learning. Back up at the top under the people tab, here you'll be able to view and manage all of your learners, groups of learners, and admins.
From the content tab, you can explore and recommend content, create and edit learning paths, and collections, and you can even create custom content. Under the reports tab is where you can view analytics on your organization's learners. You can view your recommendation history and you can download reports on your organization's usage. Under the settings tab is where you'll find LMS and global settings.
And off to the right here is a little question mark. Clicking on this will drop down a menu with the help center, success center, and send feedback option. At the help center, you can search for answers to questions you may have, for example setting up LMS. Typing LMS here in the search bar, pressing Return or Enter on the keyboard, will return results with articles on learning management systems and LinkedIn Learning. Now to get back to the main page, we'll click on the logo up at the top here.
You can scroll through the suggested for you area here or you can use the categories on the left to search for answers for any questions you may have. And at the bottom of the page, you'll find the contact us and chat with us options where you can go to get more information. Now if I close out of this window and I go back to the question mark and success center, this is where you can find resources for getting started with LinkedIn Learning, spreading the word, and maintaining momentum which have marketing assets designed to help you get the most out of LinkedIn Learning.
The last option in the navigation bar here is the gear option which you can choose to sign out. Next we'll go over each of these sections in more detail and explore the benefits they offer in administering LinkedIn content to your organization.
