- [Instructor] In this video, we'll go over how to navigate around your LinkedIn Learning admin account. Right now, I'm on my LinkedIn Learning page, and if you have admin permissions, in the upper right corner, you'll see a tab here for Go to Admin. I'm going to go ahead and click on that, and that brings me to my Admin homepage. Now up at the top, I have several tabs. There's one for Home, one for People, Content, Reports, Settings, Resources and more. Now, on the homepage, there are several important things.
First, on the left-hand side, there are quick links that allow you to quickly perform some actions, such as adding learners, creating groups, creating learning paths and more. I'll go over each of these actions throughout the course. Next to this is a quick course on self-awareness, authenticity and leadership that we recommend all admins watch, and below this are some resources to help you get started with implementing LinkedIn Learning into your organization. Now, up at the top, I have the ability to click on these different tabs.
Under the People's tab, I'm able to view and manage users, groups, as well as any admins. Now, back up at the top again, if I click on Content, from this tab, we have the ability to explore learning content on LinkedIn Learning, as well learning paths that we've created, collections, and custom content that we've uploaded. Next, up at the top, we have Reports. This allows you to see your dashboard of any analytics or data about learning.
Next to this is Recommendation History, as well as the ability to download reports for your organization. Up at the top again, if I click on the Settings icon, you can adjust integrations, as well as global settings. Now, one final thing I want to point out here is the tab to the right of this, and that's the question mark icon. This is resources, and if I click on it, I have the ability to access the Help Center, the Success Center or to send feedback. Now, the Help Center and Success Center have a plethora of resources to help you get started as an admin.
If I click on the Help Center, you'll notice in here that they have several different articles suggested to me. On the left, we have the different sections that you can navigate through, including Getting Started with LinkedIn Learning, Searching on LinkedIn Learning, and more. I can even use the search bar up here. Let's say I want to search for permissions. I can do that, and it brings me articles on managing admin permissions and more. If I go back to the homepage and click on Resources, I can also access the Success Center.
This is another place where there are a ton of great resources. Here, there are things to help you get started, to help spread the word and promote learning at your organization, as well as to maintain momentum. Now, let's get started taking a look at the different features and functions available to you as a LinkedIn Learning admin.
