- [Instructor] The elevator pitch overview is one of the training resources for the part-time profit system. Just exactly what is an elevator pitch. Well, typically it's about 30 seconds. And think of yourself being in an elevator with someone and you're going from floor one to floor six, you have about 30 seconds to get there and in that time, you want to share with someone, what your business does, who you are and why they might be interested in you. The elevator pitch overview goes through the different elements of what you would include in your elevator pitch. The questions you would ask yourself. How you would position the solution your company offers and how you would get someone interested in asking you more or get them interested in wanting to participate in your company. Definitely practice, don't wing this. Write it, practice it, write it, practice it, every time you do that you'll tweak it a little bit. And…
