- Blink number three, use the communicators roadmap to pinpoint your style and be as inspiring as possible. There's more than one way to communicate. And if you want to deliver your message in the best way possible, it pays to understand the different styles. The Deckers have created a communicator's roadmap consisting of four communication styles from which you can pinpoint your own. If you want to deliver your message in a way that moves your audience to action, you should aim to transition to the fourth inspiring style. The first style is informing. This is when someone simply dumps a load of information for the audience to do with, as they please. There is often no added instruction provided and the only intention is to inform.
