- Some organizations don't like the idea of playing retro games. It seems unprofessional. It's different from the traditional corporate image. It's important to show that retrospective's about creative reflection. It's about coming up with ideas to improve the process. When you're trying to be creative, it helps for the team to feel comfortable and energized. That's where the games can really help. One thing you might find with retrospectives is that a few strong personalities will do most of the talking. Sometimes this happens when a team member bulldozes everyone else.
