- During the life cycle of a team, members are constantly changing. Whether through hiring or attrition or organizational changes, teams are often in flux. So no matter what stage your team is in, as a leader, you need to be intentional about helping your team find and re-find its groove. And the fact is these things don't happen overnight, or by accident. People often need help getting to know each other and a great way to do this is by using games to help foster collaboration. Now, I know what you're thinking. Games sound cheesy, or I'd never be able to get my team to do that. Trust me, I've had those groups, too, but just pause for a moment and relax.
