(light music) - Hi, let's do a hand and arm and shoulder and neck massage. So take a few moments, close your eyes, and as you breathe in your belly, (inhaling) notice how you feel. (exhaling) Especially if you work a lot at the computer, our hands tend to get really tight, obviously. So take your left hand. Really give your left hand your full attention, and then with your breath, begin to pull your fingers back one at a time, and when you feel the stretch, (inhaling) take a deep breath, and really feel it, and I know this seems kind of slow and maybe even a little boring, boy, that was good, (laughing) your fingers deserve your attention. So take your thumb and press it into your wrist just as far as it goes for you. Take a deep breath, (inhaling) and then pull your hand back, and I like to slide away from my desk and take a deep stretch. Notice how much your elbow wants to bend, and then rotate…
