- [Instructor] Okay, so let's roll into the HVAC section or the mechanical section of our repair estimate sheet. Now under the HVAC section this is basically covering your heating and your air conditioning elements. Now understand they come in a variety of different styles. You can have a forced air system, which is nothing more than, than warm air or hot air or even cold air on the on the AC side of the house being blown through duct work. The other style is, is radiant heat. Now this is, this can be in the form of boiler systems with water boiler systems with oil. This can have baseboard styled radiator heaters. It can have the, in some older homes, you may have the the older cast iron or metal or steel are radiating systems in the middle of the room or outside of the walls, regardless of what style you have first you want to identify which one it is. And then number two you want to take a look and the age and the condition…
