- [Instructor] Now, you can have your agents organize this differently, but I like to have the agent send me a picture of the comparables along with the data in this format, followed by a summary format where it takes all the data here and compiles it into a different way of looking at it. Well, let's start up here. The house I really am interested in is this house. Notice that it's listed at 99,000 at this point. It used to be at 109,900. It's a 2,161 square foot house built in 1975. Well, you can't see it really well from this picture, but the house is beat up. It needs a lot of work. Over here, we have other houses in the same area that sold. This one sold for 245,000. It's roughly the same size, but it had 4.8 acres. This house again is roughly the same size, but it had 2.12 two acres.
