Understanding the BA vocabulary

- When you study for your CBAP certification you have to know the scenarios and there's key vocabulary you need to know to understand these scenarios and help you correctly assess each question. Business analysis and business analyst are probably super easy for you to define, but you have to know the meaning of enterprise versus organization as well. Again you won't be tested directly on these questions, but the scenarios will use these words so you want to ensure you focus on what is being asked. Another set of key terms, is understanding both requirements and design. Be clear how requirements are focused on the needs while designs focus on the solutions. Designs have taken a bigger spotlight in business analysis work as the profession has matured.
