They try to create a coaching conversation for each and every issue that comes up. It's no wonder they find this approach exhausting. Instead, we'll explore a hedgehog-like approach by uncovering each team member super strength so they can play to it. Begin by doing an assessment of their work. So you probably have a general sense of what your employees are best at. In this first step, you're just going to put that down a paper.
