Uncover your listening blind spot

- When was the last time you took a test on listening? When was the last time you've had a conversation recorded and analyzed by a peer or a coach or a teacher? For most people in the world, the answer is never! For a very few, where negotiation is a part of their job and they have to wear coaching as a part of their job, or I'm a certified coach. So I had to do that. I had to get... I was a... I sucked at listening, too, and I'm still not great. I'm getting better at it, hopefully, 'cause I'm practicing it on a daily basis. But most of us think we're good listeners. It's the same thing as if you asked a room of a hundred people, "How many of you think you're a good driver? And everybody raises their hand.
