- When was the last time you took a test on listening? When was the last time you've had a conversation recorded and analyzed by a peer or a coach or a teacher? For most people in the world, the answer is never! For a very few, where negotiation is a part of their job and they have to wear coaching as a part of their job, or I'm a certified coach.
