- You're going to be asked to submit some form of general summary statement aside from the data, writing, and ratings that you'll supply for each different section of the review. It will include a punchline about your recent performance, mention of a key win or two, some statement about how this all relates to goals, and at least one aspirational mention. Let me give you an example of how you might write one. The past two quarters have been defined by significant personal progress. As a customer service lead, I've met or exceeded all current operational goals and service standards while also contributing to two major process improvements that will save significant time and money. In short, my progress towards director-level performance continues to be evident. You'll notice I mentioned my general performance relative to goals, noted a couple of key process wins, and signaled my aspiration to eventually be a director.
