- [Instructor] Another month has passed and now, you're only two months out from the big meeting. Okay, let's get a little more serious. You're about to assess your documentation and seek a final bit of feedback to round out your data. Your work begins in a familiar place, your weekly review file where you keep your ongoing notes about everything you've been up to since the last evaluation. Just to be clear, every last thing in your weekly file will not be included in your review, that's just too much. You really have to evaluate all of that data and reduce it significantly to a reasonable amount for inclusion in your actual review. In fact, it's useful to chat with your supervisor about what they feel is an appropriate amount of writing and documentation to submit for your review.
