- As a freshman in college, I saw the upperclassmen in my business fraternity struggle to find a post-graduation job. These were the smartest people I knew. How do they not have companies knocking down their door to hire them? Well, these super smart, highly ambitious peers of mine didn't secure internships throughout college to show a proven track record. This left them in a tough spot as graduation day approached. This gave me an opportunity to handle things a little differently. As a college student, I launched a company to teach my peers how to secure internships.
