Troubleshoot a suspended workflow

- [Instructor] So let's face it, you know, this is going to happen where you're going to have a workflow suspend, or do something. In this particular case, I have an approval workflow set up, that whenever somebody asked for vacation, it sends a request to their manager. Here's the problem. In active directory, Henry does not have a manager. He's the boss, there's nobody to send that to. So I want to show you just kind of how you can go through and kind of troubleshoot that, and then in this particular case, ultimately solve it. But here's how you get to the workflow on an individual item. You can click on the Ellipsis if you can see it in the list, you click on the Ellipsis, and you can go to Advanced, and Workflows. It's also up on your Items tab, and you can click on Workflows from there as well. So those are two places if you click on the item, then you can see workflows there as well. So it's whichever way you want to get there, it's all going to take you to the same screen…
