- I recently worked with a client that suffered a major setback on a project when a partner company in Spain committed to making and testing a number of critical prototypes. While the prototypes were made on time, the test equipment had not arrived at their facility. They waited over a week to tell the project manager, which not only impacted the timeline, but also the relationship with the rest of the team. This is a type of situation where practicing transparency could've helped. Transparency can be viewed as a communication habit or practice that helps ensure every global player is always on the same page. Here's how you can practice transparency when managing your projects.
