Transparency ethics

- A fundamental aspect of ethics is referred to as transparency. Basically, this means conducting your activities in an open, truthful, and visible way. So, if someone had a question about how you performed a piece of work or came to a conclusion about a problem or issue you could point to the information and the process you used to draw that conclusion. Your behavior as an employee needs to conform with transparency norms and laws that apply to your business. So it's necessary to understand the common elements of corporate ethical transparency. First is full access to information. Many organizations, such as not for profits that depends upon donations, have to provide full information on where donations go and how money is spent to support their specific cause.
