- If you're a really poor performer, if you've got one foot out the door of your organization or your team thinks you have no a future with their organization. It's pretty doubtful that you're going to get meaningful feedback from anyone. Because if it were me, why would I invest in you if I don't think you're going to be around for very long. Feedback is built on relationships. This is not a transactional conversation. The best feedback you're going to get is from someone who knows you well and believes in you and believes that you're committed to the cause. So the way to seek out people who will give you good feedback, is to seek out people who you have a relationship with. Who know that you're invested in your business, in your company, in your role.
