Now that we've covered how to break down a job, how to have everything ready, and how to properly arrange the workplace, it's time to learn how to create a timetable for instruction. So if you don't already have the Get Ready to Instruct card out, please retrieve it now. Now as you can see, have a timetable is the first item listed on the Get Ready to Instruct card. Put in another way, it's critically important to have a training plan in place enabling us to proactively manage the learning process. To be sure, having a training plan in place is just as important as proper planning is to problem solving. Success in any venture rarely occurs by accident. Instead, it's almost always a result of a well-executed plan.
