- You've made it to the interview. Nice work! But what if they ask you about your lack of experience in the field? They will, but don't worry. You've got this. Here's how. Psych yourself up. Of course, you'll be nervous about getting asked about experiences you haven't had, but managers want to feel confident you can handle the role, and the first step in convincing them you're qualified is first being convinced yourself. Confidence breeds confidence, so believing in your own abilities is an important part of convincing others. Do your prep.
