- [Instructor] The usual way to navigate within a diagram is to select a page tab at the bottom of the drawing window, and that works fine much of the time. But what if the page tab you want isn't visible, as is the case for many of the tabs in this 20-page diagram? One answer that takes you to a specific page is to tap or click the All button, and then select the desired page. Another option is to hold the Control key while pressing page up or page down one or more times. Page up moves you to the preceding page, and Page Down takes you to the following page. The fourth option is to create a hyperlink to a specific page. For example, if you want a one click way to move from the current page to, say, page 18, begin by selecting an existing shape or adding a new shape to the page, then type Control + K to open the hyperlink dialogue, select the Browse button to the right of sub address, and then select the target page from…
