So as you're getting the resume pulled together and certainly as you start to apply for jobs you might be thinking okay, I think I understand all of this, but do I really have a resume that's a strong fit for the ATFs? So I'm going to recommend three tools. One of them is actually free. Number one is Cultivated Culture. If you're looking for help with the layout, Cultivated Culture offers an amazing and free resume building tool. It's really slick. It allows you to choose a template, customize your fonts, headers, colors, and margins, and then download your finished product for free.
