- So think about a problem you may be encountering at work, presently. Think about how you can make it a win-win for all involved by finding a solution or navigating your problem by pausing and thinking about how do I get that person or that individual or that client to say yes? How do I get there? And use your tools, use your people, use your humor, use your whatever it is that's in your toolbox. I think about this every time I'm faced with a challenge. I think about in my staff, in my crew, who is good with women, who is good with men, what crew member has the attitude that would melt that person, or what crew member has the attitude or the dialect or the charm that would take it to the next level? And that's really what I do is I use my team. I figure out strategic ways to use my team and I create this environment within my team to all of us to find that solution and goal.
