- Now my last point when you're dealing with red people, and again, I think this applies to everybody, but more so with red people, is the timing of when to approach them to ask them for something. If you approach a red person when they're busy and ask for help, you're probably not going to get it. They're just going to say, "I don't have the bandwidth for that right now. Go away till another time." And if they say no, then when you come back next time, you're more likely to get a no again because they've already decided in their mind that it's a no. So it's best not to ask when they're busy. However, sometimes they're weaker when they're tired or when you take them by surprise. So sometimes you can say to them, "Oh, by the way, would you just sign this?" "Err, yeah, all right then."
